Hi, my name is Ella!
I’m a certified TESOL teacher and hold a 200-hour RYT certification in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. I’m passionate about teaching and helping others reach their goals, whether it's improving their English or enhancing their fitness and well-being.
My work background includes being a swim instructor for 8+ years, and most recently working as a Rehabilitiation Assistant in a Physiotherapy Outpatient Clinic. My educational background is in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, which I combine with my love for yoga and meditation to bring a well-rounded approach to my teaching. Over the years, I’ve taught English in Vietnam, led yoga classes in Thailand, and volunteered on a permaculture farm in Nepal. These experiences have helped me build a deep cultural awareness, and I love meeting new people from different walks of life.
I offer lessons in English as a second language (ESL), fitness accountability, diet and nutrition, mindfulness, yoga (restorative flow, vinyasa, and ashtanga), and meditation. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and adaptable—I believe learning should be enjoyable and pressure-free. Whether you're working on conversational English, preparing for exams, or simply looking to relax through yoga and meditation, I’m here to guide you with patience and encouragement.
When I’m not teaching, I love traveling, volunteering, and practicing mindfulness to maintain a peaceful body and mind. Teaching online allows me to continue exploring the world while helping my students achieve their goals.
