Hello, my name is Alex.

I am a native speaker, born and raised in New York but living in Kiev, Ukraine. I have a Celta certificate, as well as diplomas in Political Science and Global Affairs.

My lessons are for students who want to practice speaking while also learning about the culture and history of the various English speaking countries.

In my lessons we can talk about whatever you like. I cover the latest world news. If you prefer there is also a different topic each week. Each topic has pre-teach vocabulary which I send to you the week of the lesson. The presentation includes pictures, paintings, and infographics to exite your imagination and stimulate conversation.

-progress in your speaking and listening skills.

-learn about American and British culture and history

Warning* I correct and explain grammar and pronunciation mistakes that students make in conversation but I don't do grammar exercises!
