17歳で独学でピアノを弾き始める。ピアノ歴40年。
数々のロックバンドを経たあと、２００２年１２月女性ボーカルとのデュオ「まぁま」を結成。 「まぁま」での活動で”歌の伴奏”の面白さを知り、その後数々のシンガーのサポート等を行う。
決して出過ぎず、歌にそっと寄り添う伴奏には定評がある。 また、近年では歌ものだけではなく、二胡奏者とのデュオ「朱音」での活動も精力的に行なっている。
そんな中、長年の経験を生かし大人のためのピアノ教室開講中。 生徒さんが、「ピアノの楽しさ」「音楽の楽しさ」を実感される瞬間が私の喜びでもあります。
生徒さんがやりたいことを、一緒に歩みながら手助けさせていただきます。
