Hello, I'm Skye. I'm from London but have been living in Japan for the past 6 years with experience working both as an English teacher as well as a renovation designer.
As a creative person with a background in graphic design and illustration, I thoroughly enjoy art and design. I particularly love interior design and fine art.
As well as art, I enjoy being active and love the outdoors. I enjoy running as a hobby and go hiking when I have the time (and energy!). I also enjoy exploring new places - particularly ones that are full of history and culture.
The reason why I teach is that I enjoy helping others to reach their goals and I believe that I'm able to create an enjoyable and supportive learning environment. It's a really rewarding job.
6 years teaching all ages and all proficiencies (A1~C2 daily conversation, business classes, TOEIC prep), one-on-one and in group settings (both online and in-person).
I'd like to have more private lessons and dedicate more time to helping others with their English goals.
