心身共に健康でいられることの大切さをヨガを通してたくさんの方に体感していただきたいと思い、昨年全米ヨガアライアンスのRYT200を取得いたしました。
ニュージーランドにて、プライベートレッスンや少人数レッスンをフリーランスのインストラクターとして開催していた経験があります。現在はマシンピラティスのスタジオでインストラクターとしてグループレッスンを担当しております。
ヨガは人と比べるものではなく、自分の心と体をつなげる、自分を見つめる時間ですので、楽しみながらリラックスできるレッスンをお届けしたいと思っております。
