I have a motto for my yoga practice: "Don't compare yourself with others. Don't get caught up in the past or future, take care of yourself in the present.”☆
I will try to give you a gentle yoga lesson and help you to live a healthy and happy life.
It doesn't matter if your body is stiff or if you can't do it perfectly! You are welcomed to join me as we’ll work it out slowly adjusting to your speed.
If you have a child, you can bring him to the lesson ♪ Also, it’s ok if the baby cries, I don’t mind!

I have been a dancer since I was a child, so I love to exercise and move my body!
I have just started my career as a yoga instructor and have been offering regular online classes at a yoga studio in Tokyo since June 2021.

《How I started yoga》
My first encounter with yoga was when I was busy working as a salesman at my previous job.
At that time, I was constantly thinking about work and family. My mind was always elsewhere.
When I was on my yoga mat, however, I could focus only on myself. It was a special time only for myself.
As I continued to practice yoga, my back pain, which had been troubling me for many years, improved, and I
began to feel a change in my body, as well as a calming effect from turning my awareness inward.
I felt that daily mental and physical health enriches one's life, and I wanted to be involved in the mental and physical health of as many people as possible! This is why I became a yoga instructor.
