This is a 40 minute Yoga 101 lesson for absolute beginners!
For anyone who is nervous about trying yoga for the first time.
For anyone who wants to get started with yoga but doesn’t have the courage.
Once you understand the essence of yoga, it’s easy to get started!
Even if you’ve found it painful before, there is definitely a way to do it without it hurting!
Don’t give up! Give it a try!
