Join me for 45 minutes of meditative yoga.

 

This is not you  “normal” fitness yoga class. 

The aim is not to loose weight, although that might be a side-effect of taking this class.

If standing poses are too challenging for you, I will modify the poses so that you can do them sitting on a chair. 
 

Through gentle, loving yoga poses we will calm our system down, center in our hearts, and enter into the sacred space of quiet peace that is inside all of us.
