Description
You've been learning English independently - maybe using a textbook or novel, writing academic essays, listening to the radio or music, watching television series, preparing for an exam - and by and large you've got to grips with the English. But you still have some niggling doubts...
- Have I used the correct tense?
- I know this is the answer but why is it the answer?
- It sounds good to me but would a native write it this way?
- I've heard this phrase time and time again - I've looked it up in my dictionary and it's still no clearer!
- I learnt it this way so why's she saying it that way?
- Have I really understood this? I need to talk it through with someone.
- I need a proofreader!
