ヨガの呼吸法で身体と心をリラックスと静けさへ導き、瞑想で静かで穏やかな自分を知る。穏やかな心で1日のスタートを切ることができるようなレッスンを提供します。
ヨガや瞑想の経験がなくても始められます。
ヨガの経験のある方、よく練習する方には、ご自分のアーサナの練習の後に受けるのもおすすめです。

*レッスンの流れ
・ご挨拶
・呼吸法 ヨガの伝統的な呼吸法を1〜2種類。
・瞑想 静かで穏やかな自分に会う時間。
*準備するもの
座りやすい服装、座布団やクッションなど座る準備
