ヨガインストラクターのあすかです。
2012年からヨガを教え、2016年からはスペインに移住しました。
プライベートヨガやマタニティヨガ、日本語に興味があるひとに日本語でもヨガを教えています。

ヨガが全く初めてのひとももちろん、少し挑戦的な中上級ポーズにも挑戦してみたいひともぜひわたしと一緒にヨガを始めませんか？

ひとりひとりの様々なご要望やニーズに合わせたヨガプログラムを組むことはもちろんですが、“元気が出るヨガ”というのもモットーにしています!


「なんかすっきりしたし元気になったなぁ」
と楽しみ喜んでもらえるのを最大の生きがいとしてます！


体だけでなく心の不調やモヤモヤもヨガで吹き飛ばしてもらえれば嬉しいです。定期的な運動やストレッチは心の不調も整えあなたのメンタルも強くします。

趣味はアウトドアアクティビティです！
登山やキャンプなど、色々情報交換できると嬉しいです♪
冬はスペインのスキー場にひとり出かけるくらいスノーボードが好きです。
