"I have no time left. I can't affort to do it now."
Would correspond to using the "ich kann es mir nicht leisten zu".
"Ich habe keine Zeit mehr. Ich kann es mir nicht leisten, das jetzt zu machen."
日本語で、“時間がない。してはいられない。
In English and German, we use these constructions, when someone feels they must take action rather than continue passively.
In German we can use as alternative "nicht einfach abwarten". 
E.g. Ich kann nicht einfach abwarten, bis er antwortet.
Other alternatives, heared very often in conversations are:
"Ich kann nicht einfach nur zuschauen, wie er das Projekt an die Wand fährt. Ich muss etwas tun..."
