Description

陰ヨーガは骨や結合組織(関節)に働きかけてゆきます。
ポーズを3~5分間静止することにより、意識を内側に向けやすくなり、集中力を高め、回を重ねる毎にリラックス効果が深まり、瞑想状態に入ってゆきます。
