OSHO ZENタロットカードは普通のタロットカードとは異なり、
禅(ZEN)の思想と融合した、"今"の状態を読み解くのに適したデッキになります。

リーディング(15-20分ほど)の後、ヨガでフローを体感していただきます。
リーディングの内容にあった、心を開く、あらたな形のタロットリーディング型のヨガになります。

OSHO ZEN Tarot is a reallo wonderful tarot card to use as a tool for knowing your current state.

After 15-20min of reading, we will move our body in the flow to release your body and being aware of your presence.


初めまして、Mamikoと申します！
現在はニューヨークに在住しているプロダンサー、ヨガ・フィットネスインストラクターで、海外歴は６年になります。
ニューヨークにあるを大学卒業した後、プロのモダン/コンテンポラリーダンサーとして米国内でカンパニーダンサーとして、フリーランスダンサーとして、ツアーやミュージックビデオなどに出演したりと活動をしています。
全米ヨガアライアンス認定のヨガインストラクター資格とニューヨーク州バーデンダーサティフィケーションを保持し、心と体をよりよくする生き方を研究中。趣味は読書、料理、タロットカードリーディング。

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
