Unwind and Relax: Yoga
A slow, and relaxed yoga flow to help you unwind at the end of a long day.

Do you struggle to relax at the end of a busy day? Do you carry a lot of tension in your body? Are you stressed? Do you want to relax?
This lesson is for you!
You do not need good English, you only have to follow along.
This yoga flow is intended to help you relax and prepare for a good night's sleep. Our yoga flow will be slow and relaxing, focusing on our neck, spine, and lower back. All the stretches will be gentle and slow and adapted to your personal skill level. Slow, deep stretches help our bodies to release all the tension that we carry.
We will also breathe rhythmically and slowly while moving our bodies to allow our heartbeat to slow down. A slow heartbeat tells our bodies to relax and as we breathe we can focus on breathing out all negative emotions and stress.
I will guide you through our introductions, a gentle yoga flow, and a short meditation session at the end.
This session can also be changed to a Rise and Shine sweaty, morning flow.
What you need:
- A yoga mat (a carpet or towel will work too)
- An open space about 5m x 5m
Notes:
- You do not need any experience. I will adapt the yoga flow as necessary.
- Please place your camera in a position where I can see you. About 1.5m in front or to your side would work well.
