一度も砥いでませんがシャープです。
それに、軽量で使いやすいですね。
お値段も１０００円ほどだと思います。
主夫や主婦向けにお勧めです‼。
違います・・・料理を作る方皆さんにお勧めします。

此れより大きなナイフもあるようです。
