We will focus on gentle stretching exercises designed to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or incorporate a quick movement break into your routine, this class is perfect for all levels.


Through a series of dynamic stretches and mindful breathing, you'll rejuvenate your body and soothe your mind in just 30 minutes.

I enjoy doing this routine in the morning. It wakes up my body, makes it feel good and really sets the mood for the day.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
